Huge early 90s Nirvana UK record store/bus stop promotional poster for the September 1993 release of Nirvana's third and final studio album In Utero, following the chart success of the album's lead single Heart Shaped Box in August. Promotional posters for the album featured the same artwork as the album cover, which pictured an image of a Transparent Anatomical Mannequins, superimposed with angel wings.
